OSMANOV MAP
Terms of use
Last updated: 25 August 2026
1. General provisions
OSMANOV MAP is an independent information and mapping service. It is not a government information system or an official government cadastral resource.
2. Purpose of the service
The service is intended for convenient viewing and preliminary analysis of spatial, cadastral and urban-planning information.
3. Data sources
Some data comes from public government and open geoservices, including the National Spatial Data Infrastructure, USREC, government urban-planning geoservices, open government spatial datasets and OpenStreetMap as the basemap. Other officially published sources may be connected as the service develops.
4. Cadastral data
Cadastral boundaries and details are displayed from available government spatial data. A visual mismatch with buildings, satellite imagery or another basemap does not by itself prove that the cadastral data is incorrect.
5. Urban-planning data
Master plans, detailed planning projects, functional zones and planning red lines are shown for information. The service does not replace approved documents or official responses from the competent authorities.
6. Water protection and other restrictions
Displayed restrictions provide a preliminary informational check. Legally significant decisions must be based on primary sources and official documents.
7. Data currency
OSMANOV MAP depends on external government sources. Data may be updated, temporarily absent, have different currency dates, contain technical source errors or be unavailable during maintenance and outages.
8. User decisions
Information from the service is not, by itself, a basis for buying or selling property, construction, design, investment, changing designated land use or preparing a legal opinion.
9. Liability
The service provides an informational interface to available data. Legally significant information and decisions should be confirmed using official sources and, where necessary, relevant professionals.
10. Rights to data
Source data and cartographic materials belong to their respective rights holders. OSMANOV MAP provides its own interface for working with available data.
11. Analytics and privacy
Privacy-friendly Plausible analytics is used. Search terms, addresses, cadastral numbers, coordinates, and object or measurement geometry are not sent to analytics.
12. Feedback
Incorrect data or technical issues can be reported using the “Report an error” function in the map interface.
13. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the service develops. The current version is always published on this page.
